Weekly Meal Plans
Here you will find weekly meal plans. They are separated by season as eating with the seasons leads to cheaper meals. The federal poverty level states a weekly meal plan should be $70.00 for a family of 1 so these meals will average $7.00 a day, per person (there will be variations weekly but these will average approximately $7.00).

Fall Week 1
We've made it to fall! Let's dive in to what's becoming available, and what you can make with it

Fall Week 2
Apples, pears, cranberries, and grapes! Fall salads are here. Collards, carrots, and Brussels sprouts are also making an appearance. The seasons are changing and so are the flavors.

Fall Week 3
We're getting in to the swing of things here. Soups, stews, warm comfort food for the weather so take these and run with them.
